Shackle Watch

Client: Barba-Rossa Gifts, gift shop with its own collections. 

Project: Manufacturing custom parts for the exclusive "Shackle Watch," the first watch designed by Barba-Rossa. This limited edition of 30 units is crafted for collectors and sea lovers. Inspired by a nautical shackle, the watch merges style, functionality, and the unmistakable "pirate" character of the brand.

At Mebot, we manufactured the following components:

• The nautical shackle with the Barba-Rossa logo, which holds the watch face.
• Two pins, including one with a distinctive skull-shaped detail.  

Finish Rhodium plating, carried out by Plating Bijouxwhich adds shine and durability to ensure the lasting quality of this exclusive piece.

Work process:initial meeting, quote, 3D design, 3D printing, mold making, production and delivery.
